Shipping Policy

• We ship using FedEx for domestic and international orders.

• FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery are standard.

• Express and Next Day delivery are available.

• Optional shipping methods are available on request (US Mail, UPS, 2nd Day Air)

• Minimum Shipping is $7.00 per order.

• Free FedEx Ground Shipping on retail orders over $75.00
   

Payment Options

• Payment must be received before an order is shipped.

• Credit cards are not charged until the order is shipped.

• We will call you regarding out of stock and back ordered items.

• Back ordered and out of stock items are not charged until available for shipment with your approval.

• Credit Cards are accepted through our secure shopping cart, by phone, or by FAX orders.

• We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover Card and PayPal

• Money Orders, Certified Checks, Company checks and personal checks are accepted with mail in orders (please allow 10 days to clear)
   

Return Policy

• Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.

• Proof of purchase date required.

• Retail sales have a 30 day money back guarantee for undamaged merchandise.

• Items defective in material or workmanship replaced with like item.

• Shipping charges are not refundable and are the purchaser's responsibility when returning merchandise

Wholesale Policy

• The Master’s Jewels sells wholesale to qualified ministries, bookstores, and resellers.

• A copy of your state resale tax certificate in your name or the name of your  business is required. 

• Pricing  supplied after your tax certificate is on file.

• Prices subject to change without notice.

• Standard wholesale pricing does not apply to sale items or special offers

• Minimum wholesale order is $100.00

• Prices are F.O.B Ormond Beach, Florida

• Shipping via FedEx Ground or per your instructions. 

• Overnight shipping available.

• Wholesale account holders may order online and your invoice will be adjusted prior to shipping.
